All the work that you will produce at or concerning Softrate Technologies will be the intellectual property of Softrate Technologies Private Limited. You are not allowed to store, copy, sell, share, or distribute it to a third party under any circumstances.
We are very concerned about the privacy and security of our clients. Softrate operates on the zero tolerance principle concerning any breach of data security, and Softrate's corporate security guidelines. After the employment, you are expected to hand over all of Softrate's/ Client's work/data stored on your Personal Computer to your HR Manager.
9. Use of Company Property
Company property, including computers, internet access, and office supplies, should be used for business purposes only. Personal use of company property should be kept to a minimum.
10. Termination of Employment
During the appointment period you shall not engage yourselves directly or indirectly in any other organization/business as you will be liable for the termination.
Employment with Softrate is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
11. Grievance Policy
Employees who have concerns or grievances are encouraged to discuss them with their supervisor or HR. Softrate is committed to resolving grievances promptly and fairly.
12. Amendments to HR Policies
Softrate reserves the right to amend or modify these policies at any time. Employees will be notified of any significant changes.
